Aer Lingus App Reviews

I downloaded the app because I normally find the apps to work better than the online site. Not true for Air Lingus. Its VERY basic , doesnt have multi city options, and just generally was not convenient. I hope they upgrade soon.

Doesnt work and cant find my flights. Useless app!

Simply not useful - does not recognize reservation codes, cant use it to change seats or monitor flight. Needs serious work.

Wont let me checkin or even check status of my flight. Riddled with errors and failures.

No way t save info once it is entered. A waste of time.

You want us to check online and by mobile, OK I prefer that anyway, but you have to add basic stuff like Apple Passbook support. Otherwise the app is reasonably functional, it now remembers some data you input which is why I upgraded the rating to 3 stars. It will go to 4 if they add Passbook and improve the interface.

No account login. No passbook, no saving trips, just a waste of storage. Use the website, you can do more even if on your phone.

Worst airline app that Ive encountered. Take note of BA and Virgin and all the US airlines. Appalling.

Utterly useless, they should remove this app..
